This weekend Blane and I are off to Ohio/Michigan for the wedding of a very good friend of ours. She served as a doula in both of our children’s births (you know she’s a good friend!) and has been such a gift of God’s grace to us in many other ways also. We are delighted to be a part of such a special time in her life! Blane is especially excited that there will be an ice cream reception afterward!

I’m just excited to add one more state on my “I’ve been there” list. Never been to Michigan!
