My July Menu Plan

It’s that time again!  I can’t believe how quickly June flew by…this month my baby will be one!  Here’s some inspiration for you as you contemplate what to include in your menu plan this month:july menu plan

Note some repeats from last month! The repeats are those recipes that I didn’t end up preparing due to having guests, being guests somewhere else, or a spontaneous change of taste.  :) I never feel bound by my plan! The “x2″ recipes are to double and freeze. And again, I’ll change things around if we have guests, are guests some place else…

1 – Squash & Zucchini Casserole (straight from our garden!)

2 – Creamy Quinoa Primavera x2

3 – Blueberry Cream Cheese Pancakes (*drooling*)

4 – Snacks

5 – BBQ Short Ribs, corn on the cob, broccoli

6 – Black-Eyed Peas & Millet x2, green beans

7 – Loaded Twice Baked Potatoes x 2, roasted carrots

8 – Summer Salad, biscuits

9 – Pizza and raw veggies

10 – tentative cookout

11 – Breakfast TBD

12 – Squash Casserole, carrot-raisin salad

13 – Jambalaya Beans & Rice, salad

14 – Chicken Broccoli Calzones, green beans

15 – Wild Summer Berry Salad, millet casserole

16 – Grilled Veggie Sandwiches

17 – Breakfast – Eggs & Blueberry Coffeecake

18 – Dinner w/ family

19 – Sirloin Tip Roast (way of prep undecided), baked potatoes, salad

20 – Beans & Rice, veggies

21 – Chicken Asparagus Crustless Quiche, raw veggies

22 – Guacamole Salad

23 – Pizza, veggies or salad

24 – out of town

25 – Breakfast – pancakes

26 – Zucchini, Garlic, & Parmesan over rice, salad

27 – Beans & Rice, veggies

28 – Chicken Taco Sandwiches

29 – Spinach & Pecan Salad (replacing sugar with sucanat), homemade baked french fries (odd combo, I know)

30 – Fruit Pizza, veggie tray

31 – Eggs & Chocolate Coffee Cake
